ALL SALES FINAL -We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges as all our items are custom made to order. We are not responsible if sizing is incorrect. If you have sizing questions please contact us prior to ordering and we will be glad to help you. If you have a custom size needed please contact us so we can accommodate your special request.

***Each order may differ due to stock or discontinued items but we can guarantee the item will be perfect and very close to the original design.***

***If you need to change or alter your order in ANY WAY please contact us within 24 hrs. We will try to accommodate.***

***Returned Packages(Return to Sender)- Orders are Sent to the Address Provided exactly as entered at checkout. Please make sure to take your time and enter your address and billing info correctly, with all info on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us to failure to provide correct and complete shipping addresses will be resent after the new correct address is provided along with Shipping being repaid through Paypal. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation.

***If at any time you have to send an item back, you are responsible for shipping fees,unless we have agreed to cover the cost for you. All items must be returned within 24 hours and a tracking number must be emailed to us within those 24 hours to be eligible for an exchange. ***Custom orders are generally mailed within 7-14 days (depending on current volume and turn around time listed in our header) after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with a tracking number,that will be provided to you via shopifyl. Packages are shipped on business days when postal service is open. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment,and location. It is advised to group your items in one order. We cannot group two (or more) orders placed separately once check out has been completed.

***If an item is returned for failure to pay custom fees, please be mindful that you will not receive a refund, and you will have to pay for shipping again for your item to be resent***

*** We are NOT responsible if the post office is backed up and packages do not arrive on time *** The post office is responsible to make sure your packages arrive on time.,once the package leaves us,it is out of our hands,please view your tracking info,once your items have been shipped. We are only responsible for SHIP dates,not arrival dates.****

***We take the extra time to make sure your package is protected for shipment to you & includes care instructions for certain items***

As the buyer it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. Labels are printed (not hand written) and Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as it was entered. Please take care to place billing and shipping information on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide a correct or complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid***
